Often, when we feel stuck we are not able to identify where to turn. At times we wonder, how can anyone understand what I am going through? Will I ever feel better? Am I worthy of love and joy?

My practice takes place in Western North Carolina. In-person appointments and adventure counseling take place within a 50 mile radius of Asheville, NC. I am able to meet with any individual online who has a North Carolina home address.
